Your privacy matters to us. VRemind keeps only the information it needs to work, and we never sell or share your personal information.

1. What we keep

• Your name, email address and role (teacher, tutor, student or parent) so you can sign in.
• The tasks, progress and messages you create in the app, so the right people can see them.
• A notification setting for your device, so we can send you reminders.

2. How we use it

Only to run VRemind: showing tasks, sending reminders, and letting teachers, students and parents message each other. Nothing else.

3. What we never do

• We never sell your information.
• We never share it with advertisers.
• We never show ads.

4. Who can see your information

Only the people you work with in VRemind. Teachers see their own students, and parents see their own child. Your information is stored securely and sent over encrypted connections.

5. Google Classroom (optional)

If you choose to connect Google Classroom, VRemind only reads your assignments to show them in the app. We never change them, store them or share them, and you can disconnect at any time from your Google account settings.

6. Children

Students join VRemind with a code from their teacher and use it under the supervision of their teachers and parents.

7. Deleting your data

You can delete your account and everything connected to it at any time, in the app or by emailing us. See how to delete your account.
