Delete your VRemind account

You can delete your VRemind account and its data at any time, either inside the app or by emailing us.

Option 1: Delete it in the app

• Students: open the Profile tab and tap Delete account.
• Teachers, tutors, school admins and parents: tap the sign-out icon at the top right, then Delete account.
• Confirm, and your account is deleted right away. If it has been a while since you signed in, the app will ask you to sign in again first.

Option 2: Ask us by email

Email vremindapp@gmail.com from the email address you use for VRemind, with the subject "Delete my VRemind account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email and password, or Google sign-in link)
• Your profile: name, email address, role, school, bio and photo
• Your tasks and progress, and your place on your teachers' class lists
• Your conversations and notifications
• Your device's notification token

What may be kept

• Messages you sent to someone else can remain in their conversation history.
• If you are a school admin, your school and its other members stay; only your own account is removed.
• Our internal sign-up record and backups are removed within 30 days.
